Refund Policy

oneirismz products are generally non-refundable: 

"Programs" packaged software, no Services​

"Packages" bundle Programs with Services​

"Services" offered around Programs

Programs: include optional preset configurations therefore oneirismz, llc. will not be responsible for any issues post-install due to user/purchaser modifications beyond the preset configurations unless a there is a signed agreement for services rendered. A refund will only be considered if the customer provides verifiable evidence that the software does not function as intended on their compatible device, despite meeting all listed system requirements.

Verification Requirements To initiate a refund claim, the customer must:

  • Submit a detailed description of the issue encountered

  • Provide proof of system specifications (e.g., screenshots or logs)

  • Cooperate in troubleshooting efforts as requested by our support team

Refund Approval If the issue is confirmed by our technical team and deemed irreparable or incompatible due to no fault of the customer, a full refund will be issued within 10 business days.

Packages: policy states Customers can purchase packaged programs separately without the consultation for $99 per program.  The process is simple enough to 'get started'.  â€‹The add-on consultation is a professional service to assess the Client's current system / requirements, install / test and conduct an initial training. ​ If during the initial installation we determine that the product will not function as intended, we will offer a full refund.  Please review prerequisites and program list to set expectations prior to purchase.

Services: disputes will be handled according to the signed Agreement: Service Agreement
